Been feeling weird these few days, after the long break…work is the same…though I screw up a bit during the few days when I got back…but all is ok now…but I can’t seem to feel a little sian…

I really don’t know why…though I tried to think of a reason…but I can’t seem to pin point it…maybe I’m a little home sick…maybe I miss my ODAC friends, Hall/ dance friends and camp friends back in Singapore…and my other friends in other parts of the world…

I guess lack of motivation would be more appropriate term to replace “sian”….things are kind of monotone for me at the moment…some of my friends are actively doing what they have come here to do…networking, learning, enjoying, etc….for the past 2 weeks…I must say I didn’t do much…not even read a book…wanted to go Alaska to visit a friend, but was put off by the price of the air ticket =(

A silver lining would be the visit of Shuyang’s (one of my NOC friends here) sister and his parents…weird as it might seem…I got along very well with his family and went on several outings with them…his sister is one nice person who treats us to chili crabs!!!...haha....

Anyway…I’m playing the game “The legend of Zelda” on Nintendo Wii…I have not played any game since I graduated from secondary school…seriously…and it’s an RPG game…spent about 7 hours on it already…and I must say it’s quite fun…especially with Wii’s superb game play…I wonder this reflects how sian I am over here that I’m resorting to playing games to get past the day…but no discredit to the game…it’s a great game….=)

Well…I’m looking forward to the new class at Stanford coming up in September…I kind of need some intellectual stimulation at the moment…for now…it’s Zelda for me ba….
